Ryan Shrouder was endorsed by Broward County Professional Firefighters and Paramedics because of his dedication to protecting the residents of Cooper City and those that serve to protect others.

It would be my honor to serve the city I love and cherish. Cooper City has been my home since I was a child, and now as a father of three young children, I’m proud to call Cooper City their home too.

A Message from Ryan Shrouder

I will always stand by the men and women who protect the life and property of others while risking their own safety. When elected I will work not only with the residents and elected officials in Cooper City, but throughout Broward County to bring a better understanding of Fire-Rescue to the forefront. I also hope to be able to collaborate with our neighboring cities to provide an unprecedented level of service at the most cost effective manner possible.

Ryan Shrouder has called Cooper City home his entire life. Ryan was born and raised in Cooper City.  Having attended Cooper City public schools from kindergarten through high school, he is truly a product of Cooper City. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Political Science and Law Enforcement Certification from Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy, Ryan earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. Ryan currently serves on the Cooper City Public Safety and Charter Review Boards. Ryan is a passionate, skilled and qualified leader for our future. Ryan and his wife, Dr. Samantha Shrouder, live in Flamingo Gardens with their three children, Madison, Mason, and Jackson.
